You will collaborate with data teams and clients to provide actionable insights, reconcile billing, and support junior teammates as needed within an offshore network. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Formación

• 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, finance, or analytics valued.
• Proficiency in Paid Social Meta Ads platform; other Paid Social platforms valued.
• Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing concepts.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to accuracy, quality control via QA, and meeting deadlines.
• Organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects in agile environments.

**Job Description:**ROLE PURPOSEYou will work on the implementation, execution, and recommendation of improvements for campaigns on Paid Social platforms, including involvement in strategy, campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and optimizations, as well as reconciliation for billing. Your efforts will help ensure a superior level of service for our clients, fostering long-lasting and trustworthy relationships.This position is for the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, and works for teams located in Dentsu's agencies in other countries. Has a local support team that leads the integration and relationship with the other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina.TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIESCampaign set up and perform quality control, doing data quality assurance via Q&A checks.Responsible for managing campaigns and daily monitoring, with a focus on meeting objectives.Management/control of campaign budgets and monthly allocations, issuing orders, reconciling billing, and resolving discrepancies for invoicing.Preparing reports and analyzing data on results.Daily monitoring and optimization of campaign results.Analyzing campaign performance and providing recommendations.Reviewing and analyzing client data to improve campaign performance.Eventually it could supervise the work of more junior team members.Collaborating with the agency's data teams for analysis and client presentations.Ability to build strong relationships with the teams you work with.Developing good relationships with clients if involved in client relations.If required by your team, you may train junior team members, supporting their development and task execution.Maintain a good level of communication with teams from other media channels when needed to work with a comprehensive approach.As part of the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, you must actively participate in the weekly virtual networking meetings with other members of the Argentina offshore team.You must also participate in the Offshore Team's peer-to-peer engagement activities held periodically in our Buenos Aires offices, except for those who are not located in that city.QUALIFICATIONS1 to 2 years of experience.A bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, finance, or analytics, will be valued.Proficiency in the Paid Social Meta Ads platform; experience with other Paid Social platforms is also valued.Strong knowledge and understanding of Performance Marketing concepts.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Accuracy in execution, quality control through Q&A, and compliance with deadlines.Organizational skills and project management capability.Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities in an agile environment.Problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities in an agile environment.Experience and ability to handle and analyze large amounts of data using Excel.PERSONAL SKILLSStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to build strong relationships with the teams you work with.Proactivity and collaboration with colleagues.Attention to detail and precision in your work style.Integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
