Newell Brands in Buenos Aires is seeking a Foreign Trade Analyst to join our team. You will execute and follow up on import/export operations, coordinate with customs brokers and logistics partners, and ensure accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade or International Business, experience in international logistics or customs, SAP knowledge, and strong analytical skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or a related field.
• Experience in import/export operations, international logistics, or customs.
• Knowledge of Argentinian customs regulations, Incoterms, and non-tariff regulations and restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and follow up on import and export operations.
• Prepare and validate invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, certificates of origin, licenses, and permits.
• Coordinate the timely submission of documentation to customs brokers and logistics partners.
• Track shipments from origin to destination.
• Update databases, operational controls, and ERP records.
• Monitor the performance of customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers.
• Review supplier invoices, freight costs, port-related services, and duty payments.
• Prepare monthly accruals and cash flow updates related to foreign trade operations.
• Support internal audits and requirements from regulatory authorities.
• Identify operational deviations or data inconsistencies and escalates them in a timely manner.

We are looking for a Foreign Trade Analyst to join our team in Buenos Aires. This position will play a key role in the execution and follow-up of international trade operations, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with customs regulations, and effective coordination with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Experience working with customs brokers and logistics providers.
• SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent attention to detail.
