Penmac Staffing in Lincoln, AR, is hiring a Soldering & Assembly Worker to join a manufacturing team. The role emphasizes soldering experience and reliable work history, with first shift hours and potential overtime as needed.

The position is full-time with weekly pay, medical benefits, and ESOP participation. Training starts on day one, and candidates must be able to work in a team and perform detailed inspections of components.

Formación

• Must have soldering experience.
• Stable work history or vocational/technical education considered.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Willing to submit to a background check/drug test.

Responsabilidades

• 1st Shift Monday through Thursday 1st- 5 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. with potential overtime on Fridays and half days on Saturdays.
• Ability to perform detailed inspections of components and materials used in circuit card assembly.
• Examines quality of workmanship for conformity to customer documentation and standards.
• Must be able to use a computer and work in a team environment; quality inspection experience is a plus.
