Key Responsibilities

We're seeking a skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design and build scalable, high-performance solutions that support the growth of our e-commerce platform. Collaborate with a talented team of developers across disciplines, and work on projects that range from building components to developing complex AI models that power our applications and integrations.

• Develop scalable backend technology solutions to support e-commerce growth.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement new features.
• Maintain high code quality and adherence to internal standards.
• Participate in software solution planning and design.
• Propose and implement improvements to current systems and technology.
• Document technical solutions for easy understanding by other teams.
• Advocate for high-quality, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical debt to improve team efficiency.

• Experienced backend developer with proficiency in Golang, and Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases.
• Proficient in developing REST APIs.
• Familiar with software development workflows (Git, GitHub).
• Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Practical experience with SCRUM methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, and Marketing.
• Strong communication skills, able to document and explain technical solutions clearly.
