Job summary

Cache Ventures, LLC. is seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to own strategy and execution across our portfolio, including Cache Ventures, Emailable, Sur and Founder accounts.

You’ll develop content pillars, manage calendars, create and edit posts, and optimize performance for B2B SaaS audiences. This role requires strong video/photo editing, sharp writing, and the ability to work across multiple brands with a self‑directed, results‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing social media for B2B, SaaS, or startups.
• Strong video and photo editing skills with Adobe CS, Canva, CapCut.
• Exceptional writing, clear, sharp, and persuasive.
• Understanding of LinkedIn/X algorithm dynamics beyond posting schedules.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and adapt tone per brand.
• Self-directed and organized; able to work without micromanagement.

• Build and manage the content calendar across multiple brands and accounts.
• Handle daily content creation from concept through editing, captioning, and publishing.
• Turn platform trends into original content that fits our voice—dry, operator-focused, anti-influencer.
• Track performance metrics and iterate on hooks, formats, and timing based on results.
• Report weekly on what's working, what's not, and what we're testing next.

We're not looking for someone to schedule content and check a box, we want someone who understands what makes B2B and SaaS content perform and can execute against that daily.

• Comfort working across multiple brands and adapting tone accordingly
• Self-directed and organized, you won't be micromanaged

Nice to have

• Experience with founder-led or personal brand content
• Familiarity with SaaS, email marketing, or B2B lead generation
• On-camera presence for short-form video

Benefits

• Salary Range: $800 - $2000 USD + 13 month salary
• Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
