AgileEngine is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private clouds, focusing on automation, tooling, and incident management.

You will manage incidents end-to-end, develop runbooks and observability dashboards, onboard new clients, and build automation to reduce manual work while ensuring scalability and reliability across environments.

Formación

• 4+ years operating Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong Linux command line fundamentals.
• Experience with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain a Kubernetes-based platform across cloud environments.
• Use observability tooling and runbooks to manage alerts and docs.
• Manage incidents end-to-end including RCA and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients onto the platform.
• Build automation and diagnostic tooling to reduce manual work.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Support upgrades and keep components up to date.
• Proactively manage capacity to scale the platform.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments, including automation, tooling, and incident management.

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production, ideally with Service Mesh.
• Strong Linux and command line fundamentals.
• Confident debugging and troubleshooting complex systems, from the application layer through to lower-level infrastructure.
• Experience working with a public cloud provider, preferably Azure or AWS.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Working knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, Loki and Tempo is a plus.
• Scripting or coding in Python or Java is a strong plus.
• CI/CD, infrastructure as code such as Helm or Terraform is a plus.
• Financial services background is not required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
