Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Site Contract Specialist to negotiate and finalize site agreements, liaise with internal teams, and ensure compliant contract execution. You will manage investigator grant budgets, assess risks, and streamline site activation timelines in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–5 years’ related experience, and strong communication in English and local language. Office-based with standard Mon-Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• Equivalency may be considered with appropriate education, training or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews, negotiates and finalizes agreements with study sites.
• Negotiates budgets and terms within approved parameters.
• Ensures compliance with negotiation parameters and processes.
• Coordinates with internal departments to align site startup activities with contracts.
• Achieves target cycle times for site activations.
• Escalates out-of-parameter issues through established channels.
