Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Site Contract Specialist to manage the preparation, negotiation and finalization of investigator contracts. You will liaise with sites and internal teams to ensure quality, risk analysis and timely delivery, with mentoring potential for junior staff.

Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating budgets and terms within parameters, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with functional departments to align site activation with contract timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• 5+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Equivalency may be considered in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize agreements with study sites per local processes.
• Negotiate investigator grant budgets within approved parameters.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, templates and processes.
• Identify and assess legal, financial and operational risks and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align site startup activities with contract timelines.
