Accelleron seeks a Service Station Manager in Buenos Aires to lead the local service station and workshop as part of its Argentina country organization. You will oversee a team of 8–15, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operations aligned with regional and global strategy.

You will drive asset maintenance, high-quality technical service delivery, and strong order-to-cash execution while maintaining compliance with Quality and HSE standards.

Formación

• Experience leading service stations or workshops with 8–15 staff.
• Strong HSE compliance and governance experience.
• Proven ability to manage service delivery and margins.
• Experience in end-to-end service processes and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Health, Safety and Environment compliance across the site.
• Lead and develop direct and indirect subordinates to improve service availability.
• Drive performance targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the complete Quote to Cash process for the service business.
• Maintain asset registers, calibration/maintenance plans and inventory control.
• Ensure infrastructure and workshop facilities meet safety and reliability standards.
