What you\'ll do

We\'re looking for a Junior Paid Media Analyst to help us scale performance marketing at Clara. This is a hands-on role where you’ll execute, monitor, and optimize Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms. Your work will directly impact how we grow in Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia.

You’ll collaborate closely with Clara’s Growth team, as well as Creative, Content, and Web partners to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive measurable results.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Must haves

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or LinkedIn Ads

  • Confident navigating ad platforms to build audiences, select formats, and optimize performance

  • Comfortable working with data and tracking key Paid Media KPIs using spreadsheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools

  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or N8N to improve output

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel

  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical collaborators

  • Fluent in business English and Spanish

Nice to haves

  • Experience with non-core platforms (e.g., Spotify Ads, programmatic, Uber Ads)

  • Interest in automation, AI workflows, or internal tooling

  • Familiarity working with creative teams

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech

  • Exposure to MMMs and/or advanced attribution models

  • Basic understanding of landing page CRO, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms like HubSpot

  • Portuguese proficiency or willingness to learn

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home.
