DEPT® in Buenos Aires is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead organic strategy execution and guide Associates. You will manage accounts, align technical, content, and authority efforts with client goals, and drive the shift toward Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) across AI-driven search surfaces.

You will be the primary client contact, translate data into actionable growth stories, and mentor junior SEO staff while collaborating with Content and Creative teams to embed SEO in brand

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Deep expertise in Technical SEO including headless CMS, CSS/JS impact, migrations.
• Proven track record building brand authority through outreach and link-building.
• Experience adapting strategies for AI-driven ecosystems (SGE/AI Overviews) and GEO.
• Proficient with SEO tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Botify, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console.
• Strong project management and ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Develop SEO roadmaps bridging traditional SEO with GEO for AI-driven visibility.
• Lead authority-building campaigns and digital PR for high-quality backlinks.
• Perform deep-dive audits on JS rendering, site architecture, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
• Lead client meetings, translating SEO data into strategic business insights.
• Collaborate with Content and Creative teams to bake SEO into storytelling.
• Mentor SEO Associates to ensure quality and growth.
• Monitor algorithm updates and AI landscape to keep strategies competitive.
• Leverage GA4, Search Console, and AI-tracking tools to spot opportunities.
