Bionic Talent is seeking a versatile Senior Web and SEO Manager to lead our client’s organic presence. You will own the SEO strategy, manage a WordPress site end‑to‑end, and optimize local rankings while reporting to leadership.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in SEO and web development for U.S. firms or law practices, strong technical and on‑page SEO skills, and excellent English communication. US law firm experience is preferred; this is a fully remote role with EST working hours.

About the role:

We are seeking a versatile, results-driven Senior Web & SEO Manager to manage and grow our client’s online presence. In this role, you will report directly to the leadership team and serve as the main technical and execution pillar for search engine optimization (SEO) and web management. The ideal candidate will know how to manage a WordPress site end-to-end, optimize local rankings, monitor performance, and increase web traffic. US Law Firm Experience Is Preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop, execute, and own the overarching organic search strategy and tactical roadmap to drive organic traffic, rankings, and high-intent lead conversion across new and competitive practice areas.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site errors, optimize page load speed, fix crawlability/indexability issues, and implement structured schema markup.
• Manage, maintain, and update the firm’s WordPress website on an ongoing basis to ensure technical health, optimal performance, visual integrity, and seamless user experience.
• Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value search terms and content gaps within the legal sector.
• Plan and deploy SEO-driven web content, ensuring proper on-page optimization.
• Own and optimize the firm’s GBP and local citations to maximize local search footprint and dominate local map pack rankings.
• Lead a weekly sync with leadership to present clear reporting on strategy and implementation.

Who are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in SEO and Web Development for U.S. Companies or Law Firms.
• Proven experience maintaining and updating websites on WordPress.
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and local SEO strategies with a real track record of moving rankings and traffic.
• Demonstrated understanding of optimizing content for AI discovery, generative engine optimization, and LLM-driven search tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in marketing for law firms or other competitive, high-intent local services is preferred.
• Proactive, self-directed worker capable of identifying technical risks and recommending solutions independently.
