Job summary

Superprof is seeking a Senior Video Editor to remotely support campaigns targeting North American universities. The role involves shaping advertising content, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns across platforms like YouTube, social media, and paid media.

You will work with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure high-quality, platform-optimized videos, collaborating with US-based teams and managing assets across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency, media production, or marketing setting.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and smooth transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations (text overlays, transitions, logo animations).
• Optimize videos for different platforms with correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with marketing goals.
• Manage video files and organize assets with structured workflows and version control.
• Review edits and refine content based on feedback before final delivery.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends to improve video effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets, accounting for review steps.
