Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior GCP DevOps Engineer to join our talent network and work on flexible, project-based development for U.S. clients. You will integrate into client teams and collaborate daily with their engineers to design, provision, and optimize cloud infrastructures on GCP.

The role requires 5+ years of DevOps experience with GCP, strong English, and a four-year degree. Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional DevOps experience with GCP.
• Advanced English is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a four-year college.
• Proven experience designing and provisioning cloud environments using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with IaC using Terraform to manage production-grade environments.
• Deep experience in containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with VM-based cloud compute and networking concepts.
• Solid understanding of load balancers, networking, and traffic management.
• Experience managing IAM, permissions, roles, and cloud access controls.
• Experience designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with artifact management is a plus.

You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional DevOps Engineering experience with GCP.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience in designing and provisioning cloud environments using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically utilizing Terraform to manage production-grade environments.
• Deep experience in containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Practical experience working with virtual machines (VMs) and cloud-based compute infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of load balancers, networking, and traffic management.
• Experience managing IAM, permissions, roles, and cloud access controls.
• Skilled in designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with JFrog and artifact management is a plus.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.

• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
