Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect for LATAM based in Rosario, Argentina. You will lead tax technology implementations, governance, and ERP tax enhancements across ARG, CL, CRI, MX, coordinating with the tax and technology teams to improve tax determination and reporting.

The role requires deep tax-ERP expertise, collaboration across regions, and strong English communication. The position is on-site in Rosario with LATAM scope and cross-functional engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English language skills - written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems.
• Good understanding of tax reporting requirements as well as the basic understanding of statutory requirements and configuration in current technologies.
• Basic understanding of tax functionality in enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience within or good understanding of an international tax/finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Tax Solutions: support ERP and applications tax implementations, gather local tax requirements, assist design, test and train post go-live.
• Tax ERP Analysis: build and maintain tax requirements in ERP systems and tax applications.
• Tax Architecture: ensure tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented consistently across tax areas using the Tax Methodology.
• Tax Liaison: collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to reach a joined solution.
