Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect for LATAM (ARG, CL, CRI, MX). Based in the LATAM region, the role focuses on tax content in ERP systems, governance, and process improvements with limited supervision.

The candidate will work with tax teams and technology deployment units to deliver compliant tax solutions, architecture, and cross-functional collaboration across LATAM markets. Strong English and at least five years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP.
• Good understanding of tax reporting requirements and statutory config.
• Experience in an international tax/finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Tax solutions: support ERP tax implementations and training.
• Tax ERP analysis: maintain tax requirements in ERP systems.
