Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect for LATAM to drive tax technology implementations, governance, and tax process improvements across ARG, CL, CRI, and MX within ERP environments.

The role focuses on designing scalable tax solutions, collaborating with tax and IT teams, and supporting efficient tax determination and reporting. Based in LATAM with hybrid work options, you will engage with regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English language skills - written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems or applications.
• Good understanding of tax reporting requirements as well as the basic understanding of statutory requirements and configuration in current technologies.
• Basic understanding of tax functionality in enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience within or good understanding of an international tax/finance environment.

Responsibilities

• TAX SOLUTIONS: Support ERP tax technology implementations, gather local tax requirements and assist in training after go-live.
• TAX ERP ANALYSIS: Build and maintain tax requirements in ERP systems and apps per standard methodology.
• TAX ARCHITECTURE: Ensure that the tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented consistently across all tax areas in ERP.
• TAX LIASON: Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to reach joint solutions.
