Job summary

Cargill is hiring a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect for LATAM, based in Rosario, Argentina. The role focuses on implementing tax components in ERP, governing tax processes, and collaborating with tax and technology teams to ensure accurate tax determination and reporting.

You will work with DT&D, deployment, sustain & optimize teams to improve tax processes across LATAM, with a strong emphasis on ERP tax architecture and compliance in multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English language skills - written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems.
• Good understanding of tax reporting requirements and statutory configuration in current technologies.
• Basic understanding of tax functionality in enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience within international tax/finance environment.

Responsibilities

• TAX SOLUTIONS: Support the tax technology implementations (ERP and applications), including gathering local tax requirements with country or regional tax experts, assisting on the initial design process, performing analysis, testing and assisting on the creation of trainings following a go live.
• TAX ERP ANALYSIS: Support with building and the maintenance of tax requirements in ERP systems and tax dedicated applications, following a standard tax methodology to gather and meet tax requirements.
• TAX ARCHITECTURE: Ensure that the tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented in a consistent manner across all areas within tax using the Tax Methodology, including assisting with controls in ERP space.
• TAX LIASON: Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to come to a joined solution.
