Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect for LATAM with a base in Rosario, Argentina. The role focuses on technology implementations, governance and enhancements of tax elements in ERP systems and improvements of tax processes across LATAM.

With limited supervision, you will develop tax solutions, gather local requirements with tax experts, and collaborate with deployment, sustain and optimize teams to ensure accurate tax determination and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English language skills - written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems.
• Good understanding of tax reporting and statutory requirements.
• Experience within or good understanding of an international tax/finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the tax technology implementations (ERP and applications), including the gathering of local tax requirements with country or regional tax experts, assisting on the initial design process, performing analysis, testing and assisting on the creation of trainings following a go live.
• Support with building and the maintenance of tax requirements in ERP systems and tax dedicated applications, following a standard tax methodology to gather and meet tax requirements.
• Assure that the tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented in a consistent manner across all areas within tax using the Tax Methodology, including assisting with the controls in the ERP space, such as the monitoring of tax logic in ERP.
• Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to come to a joined solution.
