AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps/SRE to maintain operational resilience across Azure, AWS, and GCP in a 24x7 environment. You will lead major incident calls, own remediation follow-through, and build playbooks that guide response.

Responsibilities include designing unified security policies with IaC, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring timely communications across teams and stakeholders. Remote work is supported with flexible hours.

Formación

• 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience in large-scale environments.
• Deep multi-cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS/GCP) and zero-trust concepts.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD tooling, and scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain operational resilience across multi-cloud environments 24x7.
• Lead major incidents as Incident Commander and drive root-cause remediations.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and runbooks for rapid recovery.
• Enforce security baselines using IaC and CSPM tooling.
• Draft clear incident communications to technical and exec audiences.
• Develop playbooks and escalation procedures across divisions.
