You will work on modern platforms using AI-assisted development tools like Copilot, ensuring quality and timely delivery while staying current with industry best practices.

• 7+ years developing software
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred
• C#
• T-SQL (including complex queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and Triggers)
• ASP.NET MVC
• Git (or other Source Control Provider)
• Azure Functions
• Experience using Copilot (or another AI Agent) as part of the development lifecycle.

• Perform requirements analysis, design, peer reviews and documentation

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Strong .NET/C# skills
• Strong relational database skills including proficiency in SQL, stored procedures and database architecture (MSSQL 2008 or higher)
• Microsoft SQL skills
• Exposure to Azure DevOps
• Object oriented programming principals
• Must be self-directed, analytical, adept to problem solving, and have a strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to produce quality products under tight and strict deadlines
• Good spoken and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 7+ years developing software using the following:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred
• C#
• T-SQL (including complex queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and Triggers)
• ASP.NET MVC
• Git (or other Source Control Provider)
• Azure Functions
• Experience using Copilot (or another AI Agent) as part of the development lifecycle.

Additional Preferred Experience:

• Experience with BMAD Agents for Greenfield and Brownfield development or other AI-assisted development tools
• AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap
• Experience with Dependency Injection and IoC Containers
• Experience with ORMs (Dapper, Entity Framework)
• Experience in insurance, healthcare, or risk management
