Formación

5+ years of professional software development experience with .NET/C#.
Strong PostgreSQL design and query optimization skills.
Experience building scalable production systems.
Hands-on experience with automated testing.
Experience debugging live production incidents.
Experience with AI-powered development tools and validating output.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

Design and develop scalable features using .NET/C# and PostgreSQL.
Build and maintain automated tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the technology stack.
Use AI development tools for coding, testing, code review, and debugging.
Review and validate AI-generated output before it reaches production.
Mentor junior engineers and promote responsible use of AI in development.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
