Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to connect customer data with campaign execution across Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud. You will build journeys, automations, and segmentation logic for omnichannel engagement in email, mobile, and other channels.

Strong SQL and API skills support production-grade delivery. You will configure Data Cloud ingestion, profile unification, and audience segmentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design

Qualifications

4+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
Proven delivery with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong SQL, APIs, automation frameworks, and Salesforce customization.
Experience with segmentation logic and cross-channel campaign enablement.
Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Configure and develop Data Cloud capabilities, including ingestion and audience segmentation.
Build and optimize Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and customer workflows.
Enable omnichannel use cases with integrated data across channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data models and activation strategies.
Develop reusable integration services and monitor interoperability.
Support testing, releases, and production issue resolution.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and data governance.
Produce technical documentation and contribute to best practices.
