Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform
Responsibilities
- Configure and develop Data Cloud capabilities including ingestion and audience segmentation
- Build and optimize Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and triggered sends
- Enable omnichannel use cases using integrated customer data across channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design campaign-ready data models
- Develop reusable integration services and monitor platform interoperability
- Support campaign testing, releases, and production issue resolution
- Ensure platform solutions align with security and data governance requirements
- Produce technical documentation and contribute to best practices
