Netrix Global is seeking a Senior Security Analyst for its Managed Services – Security team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will monitor, triage, and investigate security events across client environments, support timely incident identification, and clearly communicate with clients while escalating confirmed threats.

The role requires hands-on experience with SIEM/EDR/XDR, firewalls, and endpoint security, plus strong written and spoken English.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in security operations or related technical roles.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and incident response tools.
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
• Basic scripting/automation with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and triage security alerts from SIEM, EDR/XDR, firewalls, and other sources.
• Perform initial investigations to validate alerts, determine scope, and assess severity.
• Analyze logs, network data, and endpoint activity to identify malicious activity.
• Document investigation steps and communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
• Support incident response with containment actions and timely updates.
