Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Scrum Master to run core ceremonies and build high-functioning delivery teams across one to three squads. You will design and improve the Scrum framework with TDMs/Tech Leads and TPMs, monitor capacity, and resolve conflicts to keep momentum strong.

You will champion Agile practices, surface risks early, and foster collaboration among Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to maintain transparency and progress.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience on software engineering or product delivery teams.
• Proven ability to execute core Scrum Master accountabilities independently across one or two concurrent teams.
• Demonstrated servant leadership and coaching on Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute all core Scrum Master ceremonies and accountabilities across one to three delivery teams with minimal supervision.
• Design, implement, and improve the Scrum framework in partnership with TDMs/Tech Leads and TPMs.
• Monitor delivery team capacity and manage the impact of sprint injections on team commitments.
• Facilitate delivery team discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Champion Agile practices at a sustainable pace and keep processes lightweight and continuously improving.
• Surface project risks early and define actionable mitigation plans.
• Reduce friction between cross-functional stakeholders through structured collaboration.
• Facilitate clear communication within the delivery team to enhance progress visibility.
• Coordinate with Scrum Masters on dependent teams and contribute to Scrum of Scrums and program updates.
• Maintain an impediment log and escalation paths.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment artifacts like roadmap updates and dependency maps.
