Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Scrum Master to run core ceremonies and build high-functioning delivery teams across one to three squads. You will design, implement, and continuously improve the Scrum framework in partnership with TDMs/Tech Leads and TPMs.

You will monitor team capacity, facilitate decisions, and drive Agile best practices at a sustainable pace, surfacing risks and mitigating them before escalation. Strong Jira/Confluence skills and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience on software teams.
• Ability to execute core Scrum Master duties independently.
• Demonstrated servant leadership and agile coaching.
• Excellent facilitation across discussions and decisions.
• Clear articulation of business value of the work.
• Proactive risk identification and remediation planning.
• Experience with Scrum of Scrums and cross-team alignment.
• Proficient Jira and Confluence usage for agile lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Execute core Scrum ceremonies across one to three teams.
• Design and improve the Scrum framework with tech leads.
• Monitor capacity and sprint injections impact.
• Facilitate discussions, decisions and conflict resolution.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and lightweight processes.
• Surface risks and define mitigation plans before escalation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for transparency.
• Ensure clear progress visibility within the team.
• Contribute to Scrum of Scrums and program-wide updates.
• Maintain impediment logs and escalation paths.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment artifacts with Product and Tech Lead.
