RYZ Labs is seeking a Principal Salesforce Consultant to join our Delivery team in a remote, Latin America–based role. This senior position bridges business consulting and technical architecture, guiding enterprise clients without hands-on coding.

You will lead solution design, advise on feasibility, and craft scalable Salesforce blueprints. Expect high-stakes conversations with executives, cross-cloud expertise, and a mandate to shape technical strategy across Sales, Service, and Experience

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of Salesforce consulting experience.
• Experience as Principal Consultant, Solution Architect, or Technical Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce FSC (Financial Services Cloud) in wealth/asset management.
• Advanced skills in declarative automation, reporting, and complex configurations.
• Experience planning data migrations and designing point-to-point integrations.
• Industry-agnostic candidates welcome; CMT/TMT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and technical discovery sessions for enterprise projects as the primary Architect-leaning lead.
• Advise clients on what is technically feasible versus not recommended per platform best practices.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical blueprints for scalable solutions.
• Lead workshops and provide thought leadership across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, ensuring architecture aligns with compliance and security requirements.
• Partner with developers and engineering teams to guide integrations and customizations (without coding).
• Support pre-sales with strategic input and accurate level-of-effort estimates for complex customizations.
• Drive client-facing technical conversations and lead discussions with executives to ensure project alignment.
• Coach and mentor team members; contribute to internal enablement assets and industry blueprints.
