Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Platform Lead to drive strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery of our Salesforce environment in a remote role aligned with US time zones.

You will own end-to-end CRM implementations across multiple clouds and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable, secure solutions. The role requires 5+ years of Salesforce experience, administrator certification, and strong communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• Administrator certification; platform certifications a plus.
• Clear, professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience collaborating with US/UK teams in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and ongoing optimisation.
• Design and deliver solutions across multiple clouds including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, and/or Voice.
• Lead large-scale CRM implementations, ensuring delivery on time, on scope, and built to scale.
• Act as the primary Salesforce point of contact for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive automation, workflows, and integration architecture across business units.
• Ensure data integrity, platform security, and compliance with internal IT and MDM policies.
• Champion Salesforce best practices and maintain up-to-date documentation and change records.
• Proactively identify platform gaps and propose solutions before issues escalate.
