• 4+ years on the Salesforce platform.

• Build and optimize Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and triggered sends.
• Enable omnichannel campaigns using integrated customer data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data models and activation strategies.
• Develop reusable integration services and monitor interoperability.
• Support testing, releases, and production issue resolution.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data governance alignment.
