Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to connect customer data and campaign execution across Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud. You will build journeys, automations, and segmentation logic powering omnichannel engagement across email, mobile, and other channels.

Strong SQL and API skills are required to support reliable, scalable delivery at a production level, with opportunities to contribute to platform development and best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Proven delivery with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong SQL, APIs, automation frameworks, and platform customization.
• Experience with segmentation logic and cross-channel activation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to document technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Data Cloud capabilities including ingestion and segmentation.
• Build and optimize Marketing Cloud journeys and automations.
• Enable omnichannel use cases with integrated customer data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data models and activation.
• Develop reusable integration services and monitor interoperability.
• Support testing, release management and production issue resolution.
• Ensure security and data governance alignment.
• Produce clear technical documentation and platform best practices.
