Qualifikationen

• Universidad en Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial, Tecnología o campo relacionado.
• 3–7 años de experiencia funcional en Salesforce o MS Dynamics 365.
• Inglés avanzado (hablado y escrito) para interactuar con clientes en EE. UU.
• La implementación en un sub-módulo de Salesforce o MS Dynamics 365 es obligatoria.
• Conocimientos deseables en la industria Automotriz y experiencia en transformación de negocio.

Aufgaben

• Participar en grandes programas globales para clientes de Automotriz y Movilidad, diseñando e implementando nuevos procesos y capacidades.
• Proporcionar soluciones a problemas complejos a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto en Salesforce y MS Dynamics 365.
• Crear diseños de soluciones innovadores aprovechando nuestras ofertas de servicios.
• Apoyar actividades de desarrollo de negocio, colaborando con el equipo de ventas en generación de propuestas y plan de entrega.
• Coordinar integraciones con Salesforce y MS Dynamics 365 y crear pruebas de concepto cuando se requiera.

HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE?

• Participate in large global programs which help Automotive & Mobility clients (mainly in North America) design and implement new business processes, organization capabilities and digitally enabled solutions to provide them with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance.
• Provide solutions for complex client problems across platforms such as the Salesforce and MS Dynamics 365 landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness.
• Create innovative solution designs that utilize our extensive service offerings.
• Support our business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach.
• Be responsible for integration with different solutions including Salesforce and MS Dynamics 365 and create proof of concepts as and when required.

We have offices available in CABA, Córdoba, Mar del Plata, Rosario, Salta, and Mendoza! And if you’re located in other provinces, our positions are remote, so you can work from home!

IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate should have a University Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Technology or a related field. You must have 3-7 years of Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365 functional experience working on delivery engagements. Implementation on a Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365 sub-module is mandatory. Advanced English (spoken and written) is required to work effectively with clients in the U.S.

We will be glad to interview you if you have deep experience in one or more of the following capabilities:

• SALESFORCE: Deep understanding and functional experience. Automotive Cloud and/or BA certifications are highly valued.

• MS DYNAMICS 365: Functional experience and implementation knowledge in any module.

DESIRABLE:

• Experience in the Automotive (OEM/OES) industry is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of business transformation and project lifecycle frameworks and approaches.
• Agile Methodology knowledge.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, escape, track and resolve issues in time
