We're seeking exceptional engineers who can bridge the gap between Salesforce's capabilities and our ambitious platform vision. This isn't a traditional Salesforce role — we're looking for engineers who can both master Salesforce's constraints and break free from them when needed. You will be at the forefront of building government technology that can reach 100+ million US and CDN citizens. You will have the opportunity to work in a niche role that allows you to build off-platform, without being confined within Salesforce. You won\'t be stuck on regular accounts but will be building custom applications on the Salesforce platform. It\'s a unique opportunity that allows for personal and professional growth!

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop complex Salesforce solutions
• Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers

• Salesforce Masters — You\'ve spent years wrestling with Salesforce\'s limits and have the battle scars to prove it. You\'ve built complex solutions that pushed Salesforce to its breaking point. You have strong opinions about Salesforce development patterns and can articulate why certain approaches fail. You\'re ready to help build our next platform while maintaining deep Salesforce integration.
• Product Engineering Experts — You\'ve architected systems across multiple platforms and frameworks. You have a proven track record of diving into complex codebases and shipping improvements within days. You bring deep expertise in modern development practices that can elevate our Salesforce development. You\'re excited about applying your broad engineering experience to both Salesforce and off-platform solutions.

• The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $103,000- $160,000 based on the candidate\'s skills, experience, and qualifications while considering internal pay equity and our broader pay philosophy.
