Spyrosoft Ltd is seeking an experienced Regular/Senior Salesforce Developer with Agentforce expertise to join our global team and advance our Salesforce ecosystem. You will focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud development, Agentforce configurations, and integrations, delivering scalable solutions while adhering to security and best practices in an international remote environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow Builder.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including agent configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Understanding of AI agents, agent actions, and Salesforce automation capabilities.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting Salesforce integrations.
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and development best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
• Professional English proficiency.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Regular / Senior Salesforce Developer with Agentforce expertise to join our global team and support the development, enhancement, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud development, hands‑on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, and solid knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Development & Configuration

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.

• Experience building AI‑powered workflows and integrating Agentforce with enterprise applications.

• Familiarity with middleware platforms such as Informatica or SAP.

• Experience with event‑driven integration patterns, including Platform Events and CDC.

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools, such as Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps

• Understanding of OAuth in Microsoft Entra ID, Connected Apps, API authentication, and Salesforce security models.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

• Salesforce certifications

• Previous experience working with distributed international teams.
