AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration.

You will implement AI-assisted workflows with Agentforce, ensure Salesforce security and performance, and collaborate across product, admin, and architect teams. Remote with flexible hours; 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development and REST/platform events experience preferred.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles and governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. This person also brings AI-assisted capabilities like Agentforce into production, improving sales and service workflows across the platform. Strong grasp of Salesforce security, integrations, and platform performance rounds out the role.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration.
• Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent case or task handling where applicable.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Support integrations with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation.

Must haves

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Nice to haves

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Experience with DevOps Center, Copado, Git-based workflows, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with platform events, event-driven design, and enterprise integration patterns.
