Job summary

WomenTech Network is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer with hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience to support identity governance, access management, and user lifecycle processes in a large enterprise environment.

You will implement and maintain IGA capabilities, integrate SailPoint with enterprise apps via REST APIs, and ensure security and governance compliance while providing L2/L3 support and assisting deployments and runbooks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IAM/IGA experience.
• Hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
• Strong knowledge of lifecycle management, RBAC, and SoD.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Scripting in Java, BeanShell, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiar with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Manage user lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Support access provisioning/deprovisioning across apps.
• Manage access certifications and attestation campaigns.
• Configure SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, provisioning policies, and approvals.
• Develop or support REST API integrations with SailPoint.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, aggregation, reconciliation, and identity issues.
• Support RBAC and entitlement governance initiatives.
• Provide L2/L3 incident management and service requests.
• Participate in UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
• Create technical docs and runbooks.
