Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an IAM SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer to configure, enhance and support identity governance across the organization in Argentina. You will work with compliance and business stakeholders to drive governance initiatives, improve access certification processes, and support role engineering that reduces risk and improves visibility.

You will collaborate with compliance teams to ensure IGA processes align with SOX, PCI-DSS and NIST controls, document changes, and maintain

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on configuration experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (cloud IGA).
Understanding of identity governance concepts including access certification, RBAC, and joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Strong communication skills for working with compliance and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Configure and enhance SailPoint IdentityNow to support new identity governance use cases.
Support access certification campaigns and improve their accuracy and efficiency.
Contribute to role engineering efforts to reduce access sprawl and improve governance visibility.
Partner with compliance teams to ensure IGA processes support SOX, PCI-DSS, and NIST-aligned control testing.
Document configuration changes and maintain operational runbooks.

We are seeking a skilled IAM SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer to configure, enhance and support identity governance solutions that strengthen access management and compliance across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with compliance and business stakeholders to drive governance initiatives, improve access certification processes, and support role engineering efforts that reduce risk and improve visibility into identity and access management practices.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on configuration experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (the cloud IGA solution), not IdentityIQ alone
Understanding of identity governance concepts including access certification, role-based access control, and joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Strong communication skills for working with compliance and business stakeholders
