Job summary

WF Consulting seeks a Senior RPA & AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent automations that streamline how customer businesses operate. You’ll work closely with leads to turn requirements into reliable, well‑documented solutions from design to production deployment.

You’ll help shape development standards and drive end‑to‑end automation initiatives, including API integrations with ERP/CRM and AI cloud services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing RPA/AI solutions with Automation Anywhere.
• Bachelor’s degree in computational systems, systems engineer, or related.
• Advanced API Integration: RESTful & SOAP, Webhooks, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0.
• AI & LLM development: GenAI via API/SDKs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
• Strong programming in Python and .NET/C# or Java.
• Experience delivering end-to-end automations with AA tools.
• English level: B1–B2.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and Leads to identify automation opportunities.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and SDDS.
• Design, develop, and test RPA/AI workflows and bots.
• Architect API-driven integrations with ERP/CRM and cloud AI.
• Define best practices and participate in UAT and production stabilization.
• Mentor juniors and lead code reviews, ensure security standards.

Are you passionate about reshaping business operations using cutting‑edge Intelligent Automation and Generative AI?

We’re looking for our consultancy firm, a Senior RPA & AI Developer, to design, build, and deploy intelligent automations that streamline how customer businesses operate.

You’ll work closely with Functional and Technical Leads and business teams to turn process requirements into reliable, well‑documented solutions, from initial design through production deployment and stabilization.

In this role, you’ll also help shape the development standards our automation team works by.

What you’ll do?

Partner with the business

• Work alongside Functional and Technical Leads and business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and automation opportunities.
• Advice on process design so workflows are efficient, scalable, and well suited to automation.

Design and build solutions

• Translate Process Definition Documents (PDDs) into technical designs captured in Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows using RPA and AI technologies.
• Build and deploy RPA bots, AI agents, and supporting development tools.
• Architect and implement API‑driven integrations to seamlessly connect RPA bots with Enterprise Systems (ERP, CRM) and AI Cloud Services.

Ensure quality and reliability

• Define and champion best practices for RPA and AI development.
• Apply quality control processes throughout the development lifecycle.
• Take part in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve issues raised by business users.
• Deploy automations to production and monitor bots and agents through stabilization.

Document and share knowledge

• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including SDDs and operational handbooks.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish technical standards for automation architecture and security.

What we’re looking for?

Required

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience developing RPA/AI solutions with Automation Anywhere.
• Bachelor’s degree in computational systems, systems engineer, or related.
• Advanced API Integration: Deep experience working with RESTful & SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JSON/XML parsing, and authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, API Keys)
• AI & LLM Development: Hands‑on experience integrating GenAI models via API/SDKs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Prompt Engineering, and Document AI/IDP tools.
• Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python (essential for AI/data manipulation) and .NET/C# or Java.
• Experience delivering automations end to end, from design through production support.
• Experience using AA’s Control Room & whole suite of AA tools.
• Experience using AI (Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini).
• 4+ years of experience creating technical documentation (SDD, Handbook).
• Ability to read PDDs and write clear, thorough SDDs.
• Knowledge of life‑cycle administration for software development.
• Knowledge of automation languages and tools, preferably .NET, Java, or C#.
• Knowledge of programming in HTML, JavaScript, (or other scripting languages).
• Knowledge of Database (SQL) skills. Familiarity with APIs.
• RPA AA certifications (e.g., Automation Anywhere Advanced Developer).
• Knowledge of Hyper‑automation and related technologies like chatbots, low code‑no code solutions, N8N, etc.
• Professional/conversational English Level (B1-B2).

Plus

• Experience working in agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Teamwork.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience in other automation platforms e.g. UIPath, Microsoft Power Automate.
• Portuguese desirable.
