Job summary

Coforge is seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate. The role emphasizes building intelligent workflows with Agentic AI concepts and integrating AI/ML models into automation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on scripting experience (Python/PowerShell) and works well within Agile/Scrum teams, delivering scalable, secure automation with strong documentation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering.
• Proven experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI or AI-driven automation solutions.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks and best practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Title: Intelligent Automation Engineer Key Skills: UiPath, Power Automate, Agentic AI, Python, PowerShell, AI Automation Experience: 3+ YOE. Location: Peru. Mode: Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Build intelligent automation workflows leveraging Agentic AI concepts and frameworks.
• Develop automation scripts and reusable components using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
• Integrate AI/ML models into automation solutions using UiPath AI Center, Microsoft AI capabilities, or related platforms.
• Analyze business processes and proactively identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements with business stakeholders and internal clients.
• Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver continuous improvements and high-quality solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, monitoring, and optimization of automation workflows.
• Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices supporting automation deployment and lifecycle management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI or AI-driven automation solutions.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, design patterns, and automation best practices.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Experience with UiPath AI Center for integrating Machine Learning models into automation workflows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform AI capabilities, including AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations.
• UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
• Experience building scalable intelligent automation solutions across enterprise environments.
