AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Analyst to back data-driven decisions for subscriptions and promotional offers for a major OTT streaming business. You will build Snowflake tables, Tableau dashboards, and reports to deliver clear insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and strong analytical thinking are essential. You will work with the Insights & Analytics team to monitor performance, model discount strategies, and analyze churn/LTV while ensuring data

Formación

• 4+ years of experience with independent project ownership for the Senior Analyst level.
• Fluent/business-level English (written and verbal) is required.
• College degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Daily proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, and Python.

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical and reporting database tables to enable subscription and promotional offers performance tracking.
• Produce and maintain critical monthly financial reports with variance analysis.
• Build reports and Tableau dashboards for stakeholders to enable decision-making.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and promo impact.
• Support revenue management by modeling discount strategies and analyzing retention and LTV.
• Ensure data accuracy and implement quality control processes to resolve anomalies.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from multiple teams in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics team to integrate marketing and content data for holistic customer understanding.
