GSW, a full-service healthcare communications agency, seeks a Senior Project Planner to drive financial health, manage budgets, and coordinate vendor activities across brands. This remote role supports teams while maintaining strategy and pace.

You will lead monthly forecasts, develop estimates, and collaborate with brand Project Managers to ensure transparent, accurate brand financials. 5+ years in advertising production is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in advertising/marketing production/delivery.
• Experience in health and medical advertising / pharma
• Technical Expertise: MS Office Suite; Experience with Project Management software (nice to have)

Responsabilités

• Drives the financial health of assigned brands.
• Creates and maintains yearly and/or project-specific budget scope documents.
• Develops estimates and manage billing processes.
• Leads monthly forecasting including preparing forecast and providing rationale on submission.
• Serves as the client point of contact for financial management.
• Collaborates with brand Project Manager and Account brand leads to ensure transparency, accuracy and health of brand financials.
