Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in Argentina is seeking a Senior Recruiter (contract) to lead sourcing and screening for high-caliber candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers to translate requirements into effective openings and ensure a strong candidate experience.

You will maintain relationships with 3rd party recruiters, document evaluations, and drive the recruitment process while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Strong selling qualities to represent Worldwide Clinical Trials.
• Proven ability to drive recruitment processes with hiring managers.
• Experience in clinical operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing and recruiting programs independently.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to document job requirements.
• Determine recruiting sources for key positions and postings.
• Promote Worldwide Clinical Trials to candidates and providers.
• Build networks to support a strong candidate pipeline.
• Pre-screen resumes and evaluate screening tools.
• Document evaluation and interview processes.
• Coordinate offers and new hire compensation where needed.
• Ensure employment background checks and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with third-party recruiters.
• Maintain required information in HR systems and generate reports.
• Mentor junior team members and support training.
