Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a high‑impact international FinTech project. You will design and ship agent‑facing experiences using React and TypeScript within a modular frontend architecture, collaborating with backend services to power a Customer Experience Operations Platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend‑oriented background.
• Proficient in React and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Ability to use AI as part of the engineering workflow while maintaining ownership over architecture, code quality, testing, and decisions.
• Experience building complex product interfaces with forms, tables, filters, dashboards, and multi‑step workflows.
• Experience with modern frontend practices and component‑driven architectures.
• Experience with bundlers like Webpack, Rspack, or Vite.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and OpenAPI‑based services.
• Ability to debug across frontend and backend boundaries.
• Strong knowledge of TanStack Query, React Context, and hooks.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX domain modules.
• Build and evolve reusable UI components, forms, tables, filters, dashboards, and workflows.
• Work with Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, and Storybook.
• Apply AI‑assisted and agentic software engineering practices to prototype, implement, test, refactor, document, and debug.
• Experiment with AI coding agents and automated workflows to improve productivity and quality.
• Build data‑driven interfaces using TanStack Query, React Router, react-hook-form, and Zod.
• Integrate frontend apps with BFF and backend APIs.
• Collaborate with Product, CX stakeholders, designers, and backend engineers to deliver reliable UX.
• Ensure end‑to‑end correctness across queues, agents, assignments, conversations, and metrics.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions; promote type safety, linting, testing, and maintainability.
• Contribute to authorization‑aware UX aligned with gateway permissions and domain capabilities.
