Premier Research is seeking a Senior R Programmer/Shiny Developer to join our Biostatistics team in Argentina. You will design and maintain scalable Shiny apps for clinical trials, enabling data exploration, QC, and reporting.

You will implement reusable modules, optimize performance, and integrate with cloud data sources while ensuring compliance with FDA/EMA/GxP standards. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams is essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (Statistics/CS/Math/Data Science).
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech/CRO programming.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with R, R packages, RStudio, and RShiny, esp. for clinical data analysis.
• Experience integrating RShiny apps with cloud data sources (AWS S3, Azure Data Lake).
• Ability to scale Shiny apps to hundreds of users and optimize performance.
• Experience validating RShiny apps to meet FDA/EMA/GxP standards.
• Active participation in open-source R/shiny community.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain interactive R Shiny apps for clinical activities.
• Create user-friendly apps for statistical review, data exploration, QC, and reporting.
• Develop reusable Shiny modules and frameworks for consistency and efficiency.
• Optimize app performance, scalability, and usability.
• Build utilities with R, SAS, and Python for projects.
• Support SDTM/ADaM review, metadata reviews, and QC tasks.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and CSA standards.
• Provide technical consultation on R programming and open‑source tools.
