Simera is seeking experienced Senior QA/QC Engineers to lead quality assurance and control on large-scale construction projects. Specialists in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines are welcome.
Responsibilities include leading QA/QC across packages, reviewing drawings, coordinating inspections, managing NCRs, mentoring juniors, and supporting project close-out. The role offers a full-time relocation opportunity to the United Arab Emirates with a fixed monthly salary of about
Formación
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working specifically as a QA/QC Engineer.
- Experience with QA/QC documentation and inspection processes; strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with EDMS and Power BI is an advantage.
Responsabilidades
- Lead QA/QC activities across assigned project packages.
- Review engineering documentation and technical drawings.
- Coordinate inspections and testing activities.
- Manage NCRs and corrective actions.
- Monitor project quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers and support project close-out activities.
