Simera is seeking experienced Senior QA/QC Engineers to lead quality assurance and quality control on large-scale construction projects. You will oversee QA/QC activities across project packages, review drawings, coordinate inspections, manage NCRs, monitor deliverables, and mentor junior engineers to support close-out efforts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least 5 years’ QA/QC experience on construction sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer.
• Strong construction site experience.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and inspection processes.
• Experience with EDMS and Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Monthly Salary: A pproximately USD $4,330 . Employer-sponsored UAE Employment Visa.
