BairesDev is seeking a Senior QA Auditor to ensure operational excellence by auditing business processes and workflows, providing oversight to maintain high quality standards and regulatory compliance across the organization.

You will develop scorecards and KPIs, produce structured documentation and remediation plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows. BairesDev offers 100% remote work, USD compensation, flexible hours, and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Operational Auditing.
• Proven expertise in auditing methodology, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Hands-on experience creating structured documentation for operational workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in compliance or TA Ops.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive operational audits to identify process inefficiencies and functional gaps.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated scorecards and KPIs to monitor performance trends and outcomes.
• Produce detailed, structured documentation and reports that translate audit findings into clear remediation plans.
• Lead periodic internal reviews to ensure continuous alignment with business requirements and industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize operational workflows and bolster overall compliance.
