EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Python Developer in Argentina to build and scale enterprise-grade backend services. You will collaborate across product, design and engineering teams to define features, review code, and mentor junior engineers, while ensuring secure, scalable solutions.

You will work with Django/Flask/FastAPI, SQL/NoSQL databases, and modern deployment tools, delivering high quality software within Agile processes and promoting best practices.

Formación

• 3+ years as a software developer with Python backend focus.
• Strong Python proficiency for server-side services.
• Experience delivering frontend via React.
• DB design and query optimization for SQL/NoSQL.
• Git workflow and team collaboration.
• Leadership in mentoring teammates and guiding technical direction.
• Familiarity with Python web frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
• Production Python web servers (Gunicorn/uWSGI).
• Secure coding and OWASP Top 10 awareness.
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience and OAuth/JWT auth knowledge.
• Excellent English communication (B2+).
