Workana is seeking a Senior Python Backend Engineer to join a dynamic LATAM-based team. Design and develop scalable backends using Django or Flask, build RESTful APIs, and collaborate with frontend and product teams to deliver high-quality software.

You will work with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments, implement CI/CD, handle SQL and NoSQL data models, and mentor juniors. This fully remote position offers cross-border collaboration and competitive compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one of Django or Flask.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL data modeling and optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and cloud platforms.

What You'll Do
