Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a high-impact FinTech project. You will design and ship agent-facing experiences using React and TypeScript, collaborating with backend services to power a Customer Experience Operations Platform.

You will work with AI-assisted workflows, explore AI coding agents, and maintain quality through testing, code reviews, and strong ownership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience using AI development tools and agentic workflows
• Experience with REST APIs and OpenAPI-based services
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
• Advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React / TypeScript features across CX domain modules.
• Build and evolve reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and workflows.
• Work with modern tooling including Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, and Storybook.
• Apply AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices to accelerate prototyping, testing, and debugging.
• Experiment with AI coding agents and automated workflows to improve productivity.
• Build data-driven interfaces using TanStack Query, React Router, react-hook-form, and Zod.
• Integrate frontend applications with BFF and backend APIs.
• Collaborate on API design with FastAPI backend services and OpenAPI contracts.
• Ensure end-to-end correctness across queues, assignments, conversations, and metrics.
• Contribute to authorization-aware UX aligned with gateway permissions.
• Troubleshoot frontend and backend stack issues with AI-assisted workflows.
• Ensure reliability, accessibility, and performance of agent-critical workflows in production.
• Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices.
